Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled as long as the request is submitted before the order enters the processing or shipping stage. If the cancellation request is received in time, a full refund will be arranged.

Once the order has already been dispatched, cancellation can no longer be accepted.

  1. Return Requests

Customers may request a return within 14 days after the item has been delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused
The product must remain in the same condition as when it was received
The item must be returned with its original packaging intact

Proof of Purchase

A valid order confirmation, receipt, or purchase record is required in order to process any return request.

Products should not be returned without first contacting customer support.

  1. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is requested due to personal reasons, such as placing an order by mistake or deciding not to keep the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier service selected.

Returns Due to Product Issues

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered and will not be charged to the customer.

Shipping Fee Policy

No additional restocking fees will be charged. Where applicable, shipping costs will only be applied once.

  1. Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent informing the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on the payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in the account.

  1. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not yet appeared, please take the following steps:

Review your bank account again
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take several business days for refunds to be posted
Check with your bank, as further processing time may apply
