How do I place an order?

Placing an order only takes a few steps:

First, add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.

Next, proceed to checkout using the standard checkout page, or choose PayPal if you prefer a quicker payment option.

On the checkout page, enter your required contact information, including your email address, full name, and shipping details.

If you have a discount or promotion code, enter it in the discount field and apply it before continuing.

Confirm that your shipping address is correct and move on to the shipping method.

Enter your payment information and complete the order.

After your order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page and also receive an order confirmation email.

What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect?

If your order arrives with a missing item or the wrong product, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

When reaching out, please provide the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item received (image size under 1MB)

Once the issue has been verified, the correct product will be sent to you without any additional charge. In most situations, the incorrect item does not need to be returned.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Requests to update an order can be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was submitted.

If you need to modify the product selection, delivery address, or other order details, please contact support at info@pimaryhk.com as soon as possible.

Requests submitted after the processing period may no longer be eligible for changes.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipping preparation.
